Comments: At Sugartree Apartments, we know pets are family! We welcome up to two pets per apartment (maximum weight 50 lbs each). All pets must be spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations, and approved by management before move-in. Please note, aggressive breeds—including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Chows, Akitas, and similar—are not permitted. A non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent apply. For everyone’s safety, pets must be leashed in common areas and never left unattended outside.
